We ship all our plans with Canada Post "EXPRESS POST" which means you will have your plans within 1-2 days depending on your location in Canada. For customers in the USA, please allow 3-4 days. All overseas customers, please call for shipping information.
If you prefer not to use the Internet to make your purchase you can do the following:
Download and print the "ORDER FORM." Fill in all the required information and mail it to us at the address below.
We would prefer the amount of the purchase to be paid with a certified check or money order. If paying with a personal cheque we will have to wait 4-5 days for your cheque to clear the bank. If you want to speed things up a bit , use Canada Post "Express Post" to send in your order as they will deliver in Canada in 1-2 days. Once we have the above in place we will then ship your plans out immediately.

E-Designs House Plans include all the required information in order to build your project accurately and efficiently.
Showing all the required dimensions, stairs,windows, doors, notes, etc. Most of our plans have a concrete basement and some with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) walls.
Main floor and second floor (if applicable) show all plumbing fixture locations, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, niches, kitchen layout, kitchen appliances. Plans show all dimensions, stairs, windows, doors, special notes, etc.
roof pitches, window & door styles, deck and covered verandas, railings, steps, fireplace, etc.
The cross sections are a view of the house cut through the middle. The cross sections will show from the base of the footings to the roof. With the cross section you have all the heights for the foundation walls, floor system, main floor framing, second wall (if applicable), roof sections. The cross section will give the measurements for offset levels for attached garage, landings, etc.
The cross sections will show stair details and any other necessary details for a particular plan.

How to place an order
If you require additional copies of blueprints for your home construction, you can order additional sets at the time of the initial order, or up to 30 days from the original order date.
Extra shipping charges may be necessary.

Most plans are available with a true reversed option. With true reversed plans, the lettering and dimensions on the blueprints read normally. All sets will be true reversed.

PDF File Format (Electronic copy)
To have anyone, be it an architect, engineer, or designer, make any changes or modifications to any home plan from edesignsplans or E-Designs, the purchase of a PDF format of the original plan size (18x24 or 24x36) is required. PDF files can only be printed in their original size in either 18"x24" or 24"x36".
Changes to plans should only be made by qualified professionals. E-Designs is not responsible for any changes made to plans by others.
The PDF format can only be opened with Adobe Acrobat which is a free download from www.adobe.com.
When you purchase a Standard Set (Blueprints) or PDF file format, you are given a License allowing you to build "one" building from these plans. If you are planning to build more than one, please contact us for discounted pricing on "Multi" builds.
This is great way to speed up the building permit process and cost estimating. Simply email a copy of your plan to your suppliers, subtrades and the building permit department. These PDF files can only be printed in 11"x17" and are not to scale (scaling is not required as they are completely dimensioned). They cannot be altered in any way and can only be opened with Adobe Acrobat which is a free download from www.adobe.com.
The 11 x 17 "PDF" format file is only available at the time of purchase of a "8 Standard Sets" of the same plan.
If you ordered your plans true reversed, these 11"x17" PDF files will also be reversed at no extra charge.
The same copyright laws apply to all PDF files as to any material from this website or E-Designs.
