  A beautiful home for town or country living.    What's not to like here.   The three arches accentuate the front foyer. Upon entering the dropped foyer, you can now see the total openness of this plan. A two sided gas fireplace at the beginning of the great room adds a warm welcoming. The kitchen area features a huge walk-in pantry and a working island with a lunch bar. The   great room also has a vaulted ceiling from the rear of the house to the front door. A double garden door leads off to a large deck off the side & rear. There is a 3-piece bath off the front bedroom or flex room.   The large master bedroom features a Trayed ceiling and

1987 Sq. Ft. Bungalow with Walk-Out Basement.     Lots of room   and extras in this beautiful home plan.   The front veranda has a stone railing with craftsman style posts to match the rest of the exterior on the front. Wider corners and trim around the doors & windows really makes this house stand out.   From the large front entry you soon see the openness of this floor plan.   Off to the left is a "Flex" room. Lots of possibilities here., like a den, spare room, etc. The "L" shaped kitchen has a corner pantry and large angled working island. The dining   room has a bayed area with lots of windows and a double garden door leading to the large rear deck. The great room has a gas fireplace in between two windows. This part of the house has a 4-way vaulted ceiling. An open stairwell takes you to the

walkout basement. Down the hallway is the laundry room and access to an angled   3-car garage. Lots of extra storage space in the angled section of the garage.   Past the laundry room you have a nice-sized spare bedroom with a three-piece bath across the hallway. The master bedroom   features a bayed out area with a double garden door leading out to the rear deck. Also a walk-in closet and a four-piece ensuite with a 6 foot soaker tub. The basement is undeveloped except for the mechanical room. The rear of the basement has two double garden doors and two large windows. The patio in the rear is covered by the deck above. Loads of possibilities to design the basement plan in the future. This plan can be built with or without a walkout basement.

This home plan has it all!   Enter your new home from the front and you begin to see why this is such a nice layout. The large foyer area has a closet and through double french doors is a flex room.   This room could be a bedroom, den or a   studio.   Proceed into the kitchen area which is open to the dining & great room. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and an angled working island with a lunch bar. Off the dining area is a double garden door leading to the covered rear deck. There is a two-way gas fireplace set on an angle between the dining room & great room for those cool winter days. The stairwell to the basement is open with railings. Just off the front foyer is the mudroom/laundry room. There is closet and a place for coats hooks and shoes. From here you can enter the 3-car garage.   Continuing down the hallway there is a nice sized bedroom

next to a 3-piece bathroom with a linen closet. A large linen closet is also located next to the master bedroom. Here you will find a large walk-in closet and a 4-piece ensuite. The basement is undeveloped except for the mechanical room.   This plan would work well in town or on an acreage.

We have a lot of stock plans that come with an attached 3-car garage . Some are on an angle to the house, some are straight, and some have a bonus room above them, but it would seem that we always need more storage space for many reasons. As the family grows, the need for storage grows, especially for the extra bicycles, sports equipment, yard equipment, boat, quads, and more space for the extra vehicles.  As you can see with our stock home plans, there many different ways of attaching a garage.  When designing a home with a 2, 3, or even a 4-car garage attached, we try to design them so they will blend in more with the home and not have it look like a 3-car garage with a house attached. Things like offsetting one bay back 2 feet, changing the roof lines (False Gable, etc.), adding boxed out windows, using wider trims and maybe put some stone veneer on parts the garage.  We design most of our garages with double 10'x8' overhead doors. If you prefer a single door, we try and use an 18'x8' overhead door in a double car garage.  The problem with most plans that you find is that the garages are way too small.  Anyone with a full size pickup will know that it is tight fitting into a standard 9' wide door, and when they do get in, they cannot walk around the vehicle because it is jambed tight against the wall & door.  If you have the room for a larger attached garage, whether it be a 1, 2, 3, or 4 car, make it large enough for today, but also for tomorrow.

  This Executive Style Bi-level Home has been designed with space in mind.   The exterior with stone, wide window & door trims, and using gables with a cottage roof gives this home its great curb appeal. From the covered foyer, the open staircase takes you down to the lower level or up into the main floor. As you proceed up the stairs, the great room grabs your attention. The open archway with decorative columns along with the fireplace and openness to the kitchen and nook area make this room very inviting. The nook and great room feature large windows and a double garden door to the rear deck. The country style kitchen has a walk-in pantry, lots of counter & cabinet space, and a lunch bar. The formal dining room also has a large window and pillars with an arched opening. The master bedroom has double doors onto the rear deck. The five piece ensuite has a 6 foot soaker tub and a 5 foot shower. The two guest bedrooms

are large with ample closet space. The bedrooms share a 4 piece bath. The mudroom area off the garage features a large closet, laundry room and a three piece bath with shower. Lots of room in this 3 car garage for extra storage and a work area. The lower level is not developed except for the mechanical room. Large windows have been used in the lower level for natural lighting. This is an exceptionally designed home; great for the city, acreage, or farm.

1711 Sq. Ft. Bungalow:     This three bedroom bungalow has loads of room. The main foyer with its 13'-6 " ceiling leads you into the openness of this plan.   The great room   is vaulted and has a 2-sided fireplace between it and the dining room. From the dining area you can access the large rear cover deck. Check out the large country style kitchen with a corner walk-in pantry and working island with a lunch bar.   From the kitchen, there is a mudroom area with the laundry room at one end and down a couple of steps you have access to the outside or the large three car garage. The overhead doors in the garage are 8 feet high.   Back in the house we go to the master bedroom where you will find another gas fireplace and a French door leading out to the rear deck.   The 4 piece ensuite has a tub & 48" shower.

The large walk-in closet has lots of room for him & her. The 3-piece bath is in between t he other two bedrooms which are also a nice size. The basement is undeveloped except for the mechanical room. You can design it just way you want in the future or have E-Designs design it for you. This house would look great on any street or in the country.
