- Design fees are based on the total square footage of all Floors.
- Attached garages are included at NO CHARGE (if no more than 2 bays).
- Unfinished basements are included at NO CHARGE.

For Total Finished Floor Starting @ $0.70/sq. ft. (Basic Plan)
For Finished Basement @ $0.30/sq. ft.
For Walkout Basement @ $250.00 flat rate
For Oversize Garage (more than 2 bays) @ $150.00 flat rate
For Bonus Rooms over Garage @ $250.00 flat rate
For Additional Sets of Plans @ $40.00 per Set

- Fully Dimensioned and Scaled Floor Plans
- All Four Exterior Elevations
- Foundation and/or Basement Plans
- Typical Building Sections
- Construction Details as Necessary

Note: The square footage cost is base on standard building designs which is about 90% of the request we receive.
If your design is a very complex design we will quote you a cost.
