1: Send us any sketches of the floor layouts, elevations, etc you have (doesn't have to fancy).
2: Is your building site flat or are you building on a side of a hill or are there any Architectural Guidelines.
3: Any other pertinent information like photos, magazine clippings, etc. to help us complete your Blueprints.

Here at E-Designs, we have taken our customer's ideas and created the drawings they needed to have their new home built. With the speed of the Internet today, fax machines, and the telephone, our customers can get their ideas to us faster than setting up an appointment to meet and go over their ideas with us, even if they were only 20 minutes away. E-Designs has done Home Plans this way all across the country. See below how easy it is to do or call us and we will be happy to explain how you can get your dreams to paper.
Once we have all your information, we will than call you to go over your ideas so we don't miss anything.
After we have evaluated your information we will then provide you a Free Estimate on the cost of completing your drawings and a time frame to complete them.
If you accept our estimate, the only thing we need to start the process is a small deposit and then we can start on your new home plans.
In the first stage, we will draw your preliminary drawings which will be the floor plans. They will be emailed to you for your approval and changes. Once you have made your changes and you send them back, we then make your final changes and send them back again for your approval.
Once we have the floor plans the way you would like, we will then complete the Front, Left, Right & Rear Elevations, Foundation Plan and Cross Sections.
Before we print your actual prints we will again send them back to you for your final approval. When you approve the drawings we will then print them.
The final step is when we send your final invoice for the balance owing on your drawings. Once we receive payment we can than ship your new home plans to you.

Your unique internet based design service allowed us to communicate with you via phone or internet without having to leave our home (which is God sent when you have a 3year old and a 2year old). The other reason we chose you is your knowledge in construction, which proved to be most beneficial in making aesthetic and cost effective decisions. In talking with other designers their knowledge was very little in the actual building process. Your knowledge of the unique concerns of building on an acreage also put our minds at ease.
