Perfect Bungalow for a Corner Lot .  
This bungalow has great curb appeal with its combined cottage and gable roof line plus stone accents.   From the front covered corner veranda, you enter the large foyer.   Double french doors lead to a den with a corner vault on the right, and the guest bathroom is immediately on the left.   The house has 9' ceilings with a 10' coffered ceiling over the kitchen, dining and living room for added appeal.   The kitchen has a corner pantry and an angled working island with lunch counter.   The dining and living room share a 3-way gas fireplace for those cooler nights.   Double garden doors lead from the dining area to the large rear deck, which is partially covered.   The master bedroom is also very large and is complemented by a 5-piece ensuite and walk-in closet.   Main floor laundry is also accommodated on this level complete with a laundry sink and lots of cabinet space.   The stairs to the basement level are just off the kitchen/living room.   The   basement is undeveloped but is a walkout so lots of natural lighting.   An attached 2-car garage has a sump for drainage and lots of length to accommodate a small work area at the front.   A beautiful plan!

Bungalow with 2-Car Garage.  
This plan is very practical.   Some of the nice features of this particular plan are the bedrooms and laundry are all on the same floor as the living space.   A nice 3-bedroom home with a big sunny kitchen/nook area and a huge walk-in pantry.   The nook has double garden doors that lead to a covered deck in the rear. The laundry room is conveniently located right inside the garage so dirty clothes can be dropped right into the washer on the way in.   The nook and master bedroom are candelivered for additional space.   A 3-piece ensuite and walk-in closet compliment the master bedroom.   Two overhead 10' x 8' doors in the garage and check out the rear garage with a small overhead door, which is perfect for your ATV, riding lawnmower, or workshop.   Overall, a great use of space!

Access from the 2-car attached garage straight through the laundry room.   From the main front entry, you proceed into the great room, which shares a 2-sided fireplace with the dining room.   The kitchen and dining room are open to each other with double garden doors leading to the rear deck, which is partially covered.   The U-shaped kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry and a working island.   There is a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen, dining, and great room.   There are three bedrooms on this floor, along with main floor laundry, and a 3-piece bath.   The master suite has a large walk-in closet and a 5-piece ensuite.   Downstairs, the basement is developed with a large game/media and recreation room area.   There is another bedroom on this level, as well as a flex room, a 3-piece bathroom, lots of storage, and even a cold storage room off the family area.   All this, and an attached 2-car garage make a great plan for town or country living.

This executive bungalow has it all .
  Great curb appeal and a well thought out design. The high covered front entry has an arched window above the door as the foyer has a 13 foot ceiling. Double French doors off the foyer to the den which features a large window with a transom. Continue past the open stairwell and you are in the great room, kitchen and dining rooms. The large kitchen features a walk-in pantry, a unique island with a double sink and dishwasher built in. A lunch bar has also been incorporated into the island. There is a china cabinet build-out. Large windows on this side of the home will allow lots of natural lighting. A double garden door leads out to the covered section of the rear deck. A corner gas fireplace in the great room. The nice sized master bedroom also has a double garden door to the rear deck. The lady of the house will love this Ensuite with a 6 ft. soaker tub, 36x48 shower and a make-up counter.  No problem parking in this garage with the 10'x8' overhead doors. The laundry room is spacious with a large window which makes it nice and bright.
