Executive Style Bungalow with 3-Car Angled Garage .   This design has plenty of room for all the amenities.   The dropped front foyer enters into the vaulted great room boasting two 2-way gas fireplaces, sharing one with the outside rear deck.   The L-shaped kitchen has a large walk-in pantry as well as a large island with an eating bar.   Double garden doors lead from the dining room onto the wrap-around rear deck.   Entrance to the deck off the master bedroom as well.   A 5-piece ensuite accompanies the master bedroom with a beautiful corner tub and plenty of room in the walk-in closet.   This bedroom ceiling is trayed for added elegance.   Main floor laundry is a great feature as well as an additional bedroom on the main floor.   Turn this into an office/den if preferred.   The basement has 2 additional bedrooms as well as an office, hobby room and storage room.   An open game/media room with a complete wet bar is great for entertaining.   You will love this large angled garage with one 10'x8' door and one 18'x8' door, plus plenty of room for a workshop area.   Enter into a mud room from the garage with another walk-in closet for lots of coat room or storage.   The exterior stucco posts, arched entry, cabelling, and multi-roof line makes this house very appealing to the eye; a beautiful build.

Bungalow with Bonus Room over 2-Car Garage .   This well laid out bungalow has everything you need and more.   Perfect for the farm or acreage.   The covered   veranda in the front has lots of decorative posts and extends around the side to the garage entrance.   It is unique in that it has a covered gazebo extending out from the veranda.   From the front foyer you can enter either the great room or the dining room and kitchen area.   The great room has a vaulted ceiling and a corner fireplace.   Exit from the great room to the rear deck.   The dining room has a vaulted ceiling and a window seat with storage built in.   The kitchen has an island with eating bar in the centre, and a corner pantry.   From the garage entrance, there is a large mudroom and 3-piece bathroom to hold those chore clothes, and clean up before heading in.   There is a master bedroom on this floor which has "his and hers" walk-in closets and a 5-piece ensuite.   It also has a small deck off the ensuite.   A larger main floor laundry room allows enough room for sewing as well.   Another bedroom with a its own walk-in closet is also on this floor, as well as an office and another 3-piece bathroom.   Down the stairs brings you into a large recreation room, an exercise room, and two more bedrooms that share a 3-piece bathroom.   The mechanical room has a cold room built in as well.   Enjoy that 2-car garage with 10'x8' overhead doors, and a bonus room above, accessible from the house just off the great room.    The bonus room has access to lots of attic storage.   A great looking bungalow!

2-Storey Ranch Style with 3-Car Garage . Perfect for an acreage or farmhouse. From the front foyer, you enter into the great room and kitchen area, which is nice and open. A gas fireplace in the living room is practical for those cooler nights. The kitchen has a full size pantry with an eating counter as well as an island for added counter space. The U-shaped breakfast nook allows for lots of sunlight and exits onto the rear deck. It also has a separate dining room just off the main entrance. Main floor master bedroom and laundry is one of the benefits of this plan, along with an additional bedroom on the main floor, which could be converted to an office if preferred. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a 4-piece ensuite. Up the staircase to the second floor leads to a vaulted media room area which is partially open to below. It also houses an additional bedroom that could be converted to an office or used as a nanny suite. The dormers on the second floor have built-in window seats if you're looking for a spot for some peace and quiet, or a great view. If you need more room, the basement is undeveloped except for the mechanical area. More bedrooms or common areas could be developed there. A huge 3-car garage is great for those extra vehicles with large 10'x8' doors. It also has lots of room for a nice workshop area. 2-Storey with Walkout & 3-Car Garage. Lots of living space in this 1780 square foot 2 storey home with triple oversized attached garage. Plenty of room for a workshop area. Access from the garage into the laundry/mudroom with walk-in closet. Right beside that is a 2-piece bathroom so you can also clean up before coming through the house. Your eye will catch the grandness of the great room, which is open to the second floor and has a gas fireplace. The dining and kitchen area is an open concept with a pantry and a large island with lunch counter for extra seating. A garden door leads off the dining room to the massive rear deck. The master bedroom is on the main level and also has access to the rear deck. This suite can enjoy its own 5-piece ensuite and walk-in closet. Upstairs is open to below and has two more bedrooms and a 3-piece bathroom. The rear of this building has lots of large windows on all levels, creating lots of natural lighting and a great view from any floor. Moving out to the peace and quiet of the country? Well, we probably have a house plan that you and your family can call home sweet home.  As far as a particular style of home being labelled a country home, (at least in western Canada) just about any style is used. By far, the most common design would be the Bungalow,   Ranch Style and the 2-Storey house plan. Because of extra building space available, you will see homes with 2-4 car attached garages, some of them placed on an angle to the house. A lot people will incorporate a Walkout or Daylight basement, and if the grade is not sloped enough, you will sometimes see retaining walls used. There are a lot of things that people put into the county home that the city dwellers do not, such as Oversized Garages with bigger doors, and for convenience, they put in a 2-piece bathroom in the garage. Even an access to the basement from the Garage (great for bringing in produce from the garden in the fall). On ranches you sometime see a Vet Room in the Garage. In the home, the most used area is the Kitchen and Dining area, so a large country style kitchen open to a dining area is used as that is where most of the day-to-day business is conducted, and where most of the entertaining is done. Large decks & verandas are very common.
