Specifications
The front veranda on this house is not covered, but wraps around the side and has a door to provide for future attached garage access. Four identical windows in the living room provide a great view of the outdoors. The kitchen, dining and living room area all open concept. The kitchen has a seating island and pantry. Double french doors lead out to the rear deck. The master bedroom has a 3-piece ensuite and a walk-in-closet. Two additional smaller bedrooms share another 3-piece bathroom. Laundry is accommodated on the main floor in the mud room. The basement with the large windows could be developed as you wish.
