This 2-Storey Plan would be great as a cabin at the lake or a carriage house. With 864 Sq. Ft. of living space upstairs and a 2-car garage below, it is an easy build. There is lots of room in the garage for a workshop area. The utility room is situated here. Upstairs is a 2-bedroom design with attic storage.
