A full size (18x24 or 24x36) electronic PDF version of the Plan is emailed to you, however, you are responsible for printing the copies you require. Your name and the location of your build are noted on the drawings. You can print as many copies as needed for construction and any size you prefer to work with. You can also circulate this file to all the sub-trades for quotes. Includes a license to build one house only. Modifications are allowed so if there is any engineering required or you need to make some changes, you have permission to do so or have another designer do so. Or, if you are from Ontario, you require a BCIN number. The purchase of this PDF File provides permission for you to have an engineer or local designer review or make changes to the drawings and apply their BCIN number to them.

The CAD file is an electronic version of the architectural drawings provided in a software format that is compatible with most programs (Auto-CAD, SoftPlan, etc.) used by designers. The CAD file is the best option when you need to hire a local designer, engineer or architect to make substantial modifications. Changes can be completed with ease using the CAD file. All CAD files are sent out in a "DWG" format. Once completed they can be printed locally. All CAD files are sent by email. All CAD sales are final. Also includes a license to build as many times as you wish within a 4-year period from the original purchase date
