  This inviting country style home has all the features that you and your family will enjoy for many years to come.   A very open and spacious floor plan. A large country-style kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space, and if that's not enough room, then you'll love the large working island. The dining and great room both have lots of windows and a double garden door leading onto the huge rear deck, which is partially covered.   The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a four-piece ensuite which features a 60" shower. WE CAN MODIFY ANY PLAN TO MEET YOUR NEEDS..

1987 Sq. Ft. Bungalow with Walk-Out Basement.     Lots of room   and extras in this beautiful home plan.   The front veranda has a stone railing with craftsman style posts to match the rest of the exterior on the front. Wider corners and trim around the doors & windows really makes this house stand out.   From the large front entry you soon see the openness of this floor plan.   Off to the left is a "Flex" room. Lots of possibilities here., like a den, spare room, etc. The "L" shaped kitchen has a corner pantry and large angled working island. The dining   room has a bayed area with lots of windows and a double garden door leading to the large rear deck. The great room has a gas fireplace in between two windows. This part of the house has a 4-way vaulted ceiling. An open stairwell takes you to the

walkout basement. Down the hallway is the laundry room and access to an angled   3-car garage. Lots of extra storage space in the angled section of the garage.   Past the laundry room you have a nice-sized spare bedroom with a three-piece bath across the hallway. The master bedroom   features a bayed out area with a double garden door leading out to the rear deck. Also a walk-in closet and a four-piece ensuite with a 6 foot soaker tub. The basement is undeveloped except for the mechanical room. The rear of the basement has two double garden doors and two large windows. The patio in the rear is covered by the deck above. Ranch Style House Plans : by   E-Designs

Ranch Style House Plans, (also known as Rancher or Rambler) is uniquely a North American style of House Plan. Very similar to the Bungalow House Plans.  The Ranch Style is noted for its long, close-to-the-ground profile.  Lower pitched roofs and open floor plans with efficient use of space make the Ranch Style very popular today. Popular in the rural area mostly because of the available space. Today's Ranch Style House Plans or Farmhouse or Acrerage Plans uses the traditional look of the "working ranch" home but incorporate some new ideas such as vaulted & coffered ceilings, Mud Rooms off the garage.  Most Ranch Style Plans have an attached  2 or 3 car garage and with some plans, the garage will be set at an angle to give the house a shorter look.  Most Ranch Style Plans will have some type of veranda on the front (some covered).  You find most Ranch Plans built in Canada will have full basements, some with Walkout Basements.  You can also see  E-Designs House Plans that could be made into a Ranch Style House Plan in our Bungalows Without Garages and Bungalows with Garages,  Narrow Lot Plans,  Cottage Plans,  House Plans with Angled Garages, and House Plans with Walkout Basements.

A great home for the acreage, farm or ranch.   This home has all the features of a home in the city but also some of the features found in a country home plan. From the covered veranda, the foyer opens up to a common area that leads off to the bedrooms, dining room and kitchen. The great room is divided off with railing and a wood burning stove is in the corner. The large country-style kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry, a large working island with a lunch counter, and lots of cabinet and counter space. The nook in the bayed area has 2 garden doors leading out to the covered deck. Double French doors lead into the dining room. A laundry room and a 2-piece bath are located in the mudroom area. From the mudroom you access the covered rear patio (which leads down or up to the patios & decks in the rear) or into the oversized 3-car garage. The overhead doors are 8 ft. high. At the other end of the house you have 2 large bedrooms, a 3-piece bath and the master bedroom. The master   has a bayed out area with a garden door to the rear deck.   Also a 5-piece ensuite with tub, a 48" shower, along with the walk-in closet make this room just about perfect. Still looking

for more room?   Then head down to the finished walk-out basement.   The theater room   is directly across from the wet bar in the large family room.   A 3-piece bath is also located in between these two rooms. A storage area is located by the mechanical room and the exercise room. There is also a bedroom which could be used for a craft room or an office. The   covered front & rear verandas   feature craftsman style posts. An over sized garage with two 10'x8'   doors.   From the garage, a mud room is off the laundry room which includes a two-piece bath. From the mudroom, you can proceed to the lower level, living room, or enter the kitchen via the large walk through pantry. The L-shaped kitchen with a custom working island & lunch counter is open to the dining room and great room.   A two-sided gas fireplace with book shelves divides the dining and living room.   Access to the covered rear deck from the dining room French door.   The main three-piece bath is located next to the two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a five-piece ensuite which includes a 48" walk-in shower and corner jetted tub.   Need more room?   Check out the finished walkout basement which has two large bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. 1200 sq. ft. Ranch style Bungalow : Very open floor plan with that country feel and look. This plan has most of the features of a home twice this size. From the large L-shape kitchen with working islanding with a lunch counter to the openness of the dining and great rooms. Enjoy your quiet times by the fireplace in the great room which also feature a vaulted ceiling that runs the length of the house. The master bedroom has plenty of closet space and a 3 piece ensuite bath. The spare room is also a nice size. There is a 3 piece bathroom off the side entrance with a conveniently locate washer & dryer. This plan also features a nice sized garage 32" x 30'. Note the 2 piece bath in the garage, no need to mess up the house when working outside. The basement is not developed , so you can design it the way you would like.
