A covered veranda with pillars and brick trim on the front plus a walkout/patio design with a large covered deck above in the rear makes this plan very appealing. There is room for a workshop area in the 2-car garage. A laundry and mudroom with lockers is just inside the garage entry.  It also has a large broom closet which utilizes what would otherwise be wasted hallway space. A large 3-piece bathroom is beside the laundry room, with 2 bedrooms across the hall. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open concept with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has a corner pantry plus a working island with counter seating.  Garden doors sit between the dining and living room and lead to the rear deck. The living room shares a 2-sided fireplace with the  master bedroom. A 5-piece ensuite and walk-in closet have access separately from the master.  The front entry has a large coat closet. The basement could be designed any way you wish - more living space or more bedrooms.
