This narrow lot plan has a full covered veranda on the front with craftsman style posts giving it plenty of curb appeal. There is also a covered deck on the rear of the building. Just off the main foyer, there is a large flex room facing the street. This could be used as an office, craft room, music room, exercise room, etc. The kitchen has a corner pantry and a large broom closet, as well as a working island with lunch counter. The living room has a fireplace for those cooler winter days. Double garden doors lead to the rear deck. The laundry room is tucked in beside the deck next to the dinette area.
