Specifications
This 2-storey plan has a deck that wraps around three sides and is open on the front but covered on both sides. The deck acts as a cover for the patio area on both sides as well. A 2-car attached garage is large enough to have a workshop area with sink and also has a powerlift dumbwaiter which comes in handy to get all your groceries or other items up to the second level where the kitchen and main living area is. There is a theatre room, family room and office on this level, along with the utility room, storage, and a 3-piece bathroom. Upstairs, the floor plan is an open concept kitchen, dining, and great room with fireplace. A huge laundry room has extra space for another fridge and freezer, and is where the dumbwaiter arrives from the lower level. The kitchen has a large island with counter seating as well as a tall pantry. Double french doors lead out to the side covered deck from the dining room and a single french door leads out to the other side deck from the great room. There are three bedrooms on this level with the master having its own walk-in-closet and 5-piece ensuite.
