A great looking duplex. The cottage roof design gives it a different look. Staggered garages, craftsman style post, door with sidelite, and stone trim creates nice curb appeal. This plan has smaller units on the right side (20 feet wide) with larger units on the left side (24 feet wide), and a 1-car and 2-car garage respectively. A 2-piece bathroom is right in off the garage or main entrance for convenience. The kitchen, dinette, and living room are open concept with a gas fireplace in the corner. Sliding patio doors or a garden door off the dinette lead to a rear deck. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms in each unit plus laundry facilities. The vaulted master bedroom has its own 3-piece or 4-piece ensuite and walk-in closet. There is room for a computer desk at the top of the stairs. The basement level has 1 bedroom legal suites which can be accessed separately from side entrances. Laundry is accommodated. The utility room is shared with the units above.
