Specifications
The middle two units in this 6-Plex are set back from the other two by 10' to give some separation to each pair. A large front stairway with transom windows above the sidelite door provide lots of natural lighting. The bi-level design allows for larger windows in the basement for more natural lighting downstairs. The great rooms are cantilevered to provide additional space, and the roof is cantilevered over a portion of the rear deck to provide partial coverage. The upstairs is an open concept design with the kitchen in the centre and a half bath across from the kitchen. A rear entrance off the dining room leads to the rear deck, which also has stairs down to the ground level. All bedrooms and the laundry room are in the lower level. A 3-piece bathroom is centrally located and shared by all bedrooms. Each unit has their own individual mechanical appliances, located within the laundry room.
