We have taken one of our most popular modified bi-level plans and put the garage on the front. From the dropped front entry you have access to the 2-car garage, the lower level, and the upper level. Lots of big windows in the dining and great rooms plus a double garden door leading out to the deck. The great room also features an inverted vaulted ceiling allowing for a round top window in the front. Up a few steps and you're into the master bedroom. A walk-in closet and a 3-piece ensuite complete this room. The walkout basement has another 2 bedrooms, a 3-piece bath, and a large laundry room. The family room has lots of natural lighting from all the windows and the double garden doors leading out to the covered patio. Note the additional workshop or "toy" storage area between the garage and house.
