Unlike most bi-level plans, this plan features a side attached 2-car garage, great for a corner lot. This plan has great curb appeal with its gable-styled roofs, front posts, and stone accents around the front covered entry and lower half of the house and garage. Enter into a large front foyer with access to the upper and lower floors. The L-shaped kitchen features a pantry and an angled island with lunch counter. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Access the large rear deck from either of two garden doors outlining the dining area.
