Unlike most bi-level plans, this plan features a side attached 2-car garage, great for a corner lot.  This plan has great curb appeal with its gable-styled roofs, front posts, and stone accents around the front covered entry and lower half of the house and garage. Enter into a large front foyer with access to the upper and lower floors.  The L-shaped kitchen features a pantry and an angled island with lunch counter.  The kitchen is open to the living and dining room.  Access the large rear deck from either of two garden doors outlining the dining area.  The master bedroom is on the main floor with a 3-piece ensuite and walk-in closet.  Access to the garage is through a dropped side entry.   The finished basement features two more large bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, a 4-piece bath, and a very large family room.  The laundry room is conveniently located beside the two bedrooms and the mechanical room.  There are also two areas for storage.
