This design has great curb appeal with its grand front entry, pillars, and stone trim all along the front of the house. The ceiling in the foyer is over 12'-11" high. There is a den just off the front entrance that could be used as a second bedroom. The kitchen, dining room and great room are all open concept with a corner gas fireplace. A huge pantry is across from the kitchen area. There is a french door leading to a covered deck in the rear. The deck also extends the full length of the house in the back for additional uncovered space outside. The master bedroom has a 4-piece ensuite and walk-in closet. There is also a 3-piece bathroom just inside the entrance from the garage. The main garage ceiling is 10'-1" with the rear portion of the garage ceiling being 14'-6" high. There is additional space in the rear of the garage for storage or a workshop area. The basement is unfinished, except for the mechanical room and laundry, and can be designed for whatever your needs may be.
