Specifications
The garage doors on this plan are at 90 degrees to the front door. There is plenty of room for a workshop in the corner, plus a large hobby room that sits at the garage level tween the house and the garage. Stone trim and pillars decorate the house and garage. A 2-bedroom design with both bedrooms having large walk-in closets, and the master suite having its own 3-piece ensuite. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open concept. The corner kitchen has an island with seating. Double garden doors lead from the dining room to the covered deck. Underneath the deck is a partially covered patio that is accessed from the walkout or daylight basement. The mechanical room is in the lower level, but the rest is undeveloped and can be designed based on your additional needs.
