are one of the most popular plans in Canada today. The most obvious difference is the "BONUS ROOM" above the garage. Here you will find the Master Bedroom, or a Media/Games Room, Studio, Etc. The front entry is usually at ground level with a short set of stairs up to the main floor and a short set of stairs to the lower level.
